1- Is there a cost for using AllStar Hotels Inc. service?
No. There is no Charge to make use of AllStar Hotels reservation service or Online Hotel Booking search engine.

2- How do I book a room?
AllStar Hotels Inc. has made a simple online booking system. To book a hotel, search on the city, enter Check-in dates and/or category of hotel then check for available hotels. Find the best hotel match your requirements then enter the booking and personal information. Click Book Now to make online reservation. For more detailed information please click Reservation Guide or if you have any questions before you make the booking e-mail to info@allstarhotels.com there is always someone to reply to you.

3- Do I need a credit card to book a reservation online? Is your reservation process secure?
Yes! A credit card is required for all reservations made online and the process is secure. All information you provide to AllStar hotels is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. You can be confident that you are booking with one of the most reliable and trustworthy professionals in the travel industry. 4- When do I pay for my reservation?
Our secure online processor will charge your card during the booking when booked on www.Allstarhotels.com but reservations are cancelable.

5- What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel your reservation by 48 hours before your check in date, we won’t charge any fees from your credit card. If you already paid for your reservation we will refund you in full.

6- What is the No-show policy?
1 night fee will be applied for no-shows or cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours prior to your check in date.

7- Can I amend my booking after payment?
Yes, you can amend the confirmed reservations till 48 hrs prior to your arrival.

8- How do I cancel/amend a reservation that I made online?
Should you wish to amend or cancel a reservation, please contact our reservations staff by e-mail at info@allstarhotels.com or by sending a fax to +1-212-594-1292 or +90 212 291 7239. Please quote the reservation number, e-mail address, guest name and dates of stay in all correspondence.

9- Are children charged the full room rate?
Children under 2 stay free and children under the age of 12 years old are reduced for 50% of the per-person adult rate for the whole Allstar Hotels.

10- I have made a request, when will I hear back?
AllStar Main Reservation Department will reply to your request within 24 hours.

11- Is Breakfast included in the rate?
Most of AllStar Hotels rates include tax and breakfast unless otherwise noted.

12- Do you charge a fee for hotel reservations?
Making hotel reservations on AllStar Hotels & Resorts website is free of charge. The rate you see is the final rate you pay.

13- Do your hotels accept pets?
Most of the AllStar hotels accept pets. Please refer to the Hotel Amenities Home page for the desired hotel's pet policy. If no specific information is listed, please contact us directly.

14- How do I reserve rooms for my group (family reunion, club, etc.)?
Requesting 4 or more rooms for the same destination and arrival date qualifies as a group booking. Group accommodations may have different rates or booking requirements. In order to request rooms for your group or for more information, please e-mail to info@allstarhotels.com or call one of our offices.

15- I am not satisfied with my hotel/stay, to whom can I file a complaint?
Our member hotels are selected and contracted by an AllStar account manager but they are individually owned/operated properties. We will gladly receive your complaint, investigate the situation, warn the hotel or even remove it from our booking systems if necessary. However, AllStar has no jurisdiction on operational issues. Therefore AllStar can’t be held responsible for dissatisfaction. Please file your complaint directly with the hotel and send a copy to AllStar.

16- Describe the room types.
Twin room (Two Adults):
Accommodation for two adults in a room with two standard single sized beds.
Double room (Two Adults):
Accommodation for two adults in a room with one double or queen sized bed.
Single room (1 person):
Accommodation for one adult in a room with one double or single sized bed.
Triple room (3 Adults):
Accommodation for three adults in a room with either 1 double + 1 single or three single sized beds.
Twin/Double+ 1 child (up to 12 years old + 2 adults):
Twin or Double room with an extra bed suitable for a child aged between 2 - 12 years. The extra bed is usually rollaway type and does limit room space.
