1.
The following terms and conditions apply to all reservations
made by telephone, fax or on the Internet. Allstar Hotels
and affiliate companies are tradenames of Allstar Hotels
Inc.These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement
between Allstar Hotels Inc. Inc 330 West 38th Street Suite:909
New York, NY 10018 and the client on the other side. These
terms and conditions outline all rights and obligations
for both parties and no other condition can be incorporated.
2. Any booking made
or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer
by you to purchase the relevant hotel accommodation subject
to these booking conditions. No contract between you and
Allstar Hotels Inc. shall come into existence until Allstar
Hotels Inc. a) issues a booking reference number; (b)
issues a booking confirmation by email, fax or post; and
(c) receives payment in full.
3. Guarantee required
at the time of booking. Payment should be made through
Allstar Hotels Inc. web site by credit or debit card.
You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions
made through Allstar Hotels Inc., including room charges,
taxes, duties and fees in connection with a booking. Where
Allstar Hotels Inc.is unable to confirm the initial requested
hotel an alternative may be provided and an email notification
will be sent to inform you of the details.
4. Terms of Service:
No contract between you and Allstarhotels.com shall come
into existence until Allstar Hotels Inc.l (a) issues a
booking reference number; (b) issues a booking confirmation
by email, fax or post; and (c) receives payment in full.
The cost of your reservation is the total of: the indicated
room rate multiplied by the number of days in your reservation.
5. We provide information
concerning the available hotels: hotel classification,
comfort and features, level of equipment and rates supplied
by each hotel. We offer the possibility for the client
to select the hotel desired. Upon sending a confirmation
email, the reservation is fully guaranteed by us. Should
the hotel chosen by the client have no vacancies for the
required room type and dates. Where Allstar Hotels Inc.
is unable to confirm the initial requested hotel an alternative
may be provided and an email notification will be sent
to inform you of the details. The reservation will be
held for 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance
by making payment in full. If payment has not been made
within 48 hours of notification the reservation will be
automatically cancelled.
6. Reservation: Once
the client has reserved and accepted the terms and conditions,
a confirmation page recapping all the reservation details
will be displayed. Reservations that are received online
or by telephone will be processed immediately; however,
on request hotel confirmations may be delayed as we are
subject to response delay from the hotels (hotel closed,
reservation manager absent or unavailable).
7. Confirmation: We
confirm the reservation by email stating the reservation
details.
8. Rates: Prices shown
on websites published by us are supplied by the hotels
and are indicated in USD. Breakfast inc. And taxes inc.
for All Allstar hotels and taxes.
9. Payment : We process
the payment for reservations; will debit the full reservation
amount. To pay for the reservation, the client may choose
between the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard,
Euro Card,American Express. The client making a reservation
must be entitled to use the credit card. We will not be
held liable for charges made due to early check out. Should
the client wish to extend their stay, we will only be
able not be liable for the additional charges unless we
confirm our acceptance in writing. You will be charged
once your reservation is confirmed by our live agents.
10. Cancellation:
Cancellations and amendments to confirmed bookings are
subject to the following conditions. During Special Events/Major
Conference periods CUSTOMERS WILL BE NOTIFIED AT THE TIME
OF BOOKING IF FAIR/ EXHIBITIONS DATES ARE PRESENT AND
THAT THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL CONDITIONS WILL APPLY 100%
cancellation charges will apply to dates of stay falling
within a Fair or exhibition period. During non-Fair/exhibition
periods - Cancellation charges will be applied in relation
to the notice period between notification of cancellation
and the arrival date of stay at EACH hotel within a booking.
Amendments and changes where EITHER the number of rooms
(irrespective of room type) OR the number of nights decreases
will be charged as below: Cancellations Once booking has
confirmed online , it is considered a firm booking.
Cancelation charges apply as follows:
*More than 2 (48 hrs) days............. No Charge
*Less than 48 hours(2 days)................. First Night
Accommodation Amendments:
*0-48 hours.............................Change amendments
and changes not acceptable.
*More than 48 hours............ No charges
Passenger name changes or child age changes will incur
no charges.
All amendments are subject to availability. Cancellations
notified directly to the hotel will not be effective.
Requests for cancellations and amendments must be made
on the Allstar Hotels Inc. site.All requests for a refund
must be received in writing with supporting documents
within 30 days of the completion of your trip.
11. Twin room Accommodation
for two adults in a room with two beds. Double room Accommodation
for two adults in a room with one bed. Bed sizes for this
room type are usually "queen or King" Single
room Accommodation for one adult in a room with one bed.
Bed sizes for this room type are usually "twin"
or "Gueen". Triple room Accommodation for three
adults in a room with two or three beds.. Twin room for
sole use Accommodation for one adult in a room with one
bed. Bed sizes for this room type are usually "queen"
. Quad room Accommodation for four adults in a room with
two or four beds. Bed sizes and arrangements for this
room type are usually four "twins. Twin/Double +
child Twin or Double room with an extra bed suitable for
a child aged between 2 - 18 years. Cot/cradle or crib
Suitable for a child under the age of 2 years.
12. Affiliates and
Other links You may find links to other websites not owned
by us within this website. We are not responsible for
the content of these other sites. However any reservation
received through an affiliate site will be serviced by
us. These reservations will be subject to our terms and
conditions You agree that in the event of a claim, Allstar
Hotels Inc. liability to you is limited to the higher
of (a) $1,000.00 and (b) twice the value of the booking
made with Allstar Hotels Inc.
13. Electronic Communications:
You communicate with gtahotels.com electronically whenever
you visit gtahotels.com or send emails to us. You accept
to receive communications from Allstarhotels.com electronically
and by fax. We will communicate with you by posting notices
on this site, by email or by fax. You agree that all notices,
disclosures, agreements and other communications that
we provide to you electronically or by fax satisfy any
legal requirements that communications be in writing.
14. Modifications
to This Agreement: We reserve the right to modify or change
the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time
without prior notice to you. Your use of this website
after any modification of this agreement constitutes an
acceptance of any such modification. Your booking is governed
by the laws of the State of New York and is subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts
located in New York, New York. The booking confirmation
and these terms represent the entire agreement between
Allstar Hotels Inc. and you. You confirm that you have
not entered into this contract with Allstar Hotels Inc.
on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated
into these documents
15.
Room types and specific requests
While we undertake to ensure that your requested room type and smoking preference is available, allstarhotels.com cannot guarantee the actual bedding make-up of the room. These requests are sent to the hotel and are subject to availability.
It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the room type booked will be suitable for the party travelling.
We try to ensure that the hotel provides the room type(s) booked, however there may be occasions when instead of a double-bedded room a twin may be allocated or a double -bedded room instead of a twin. Please be aware that the majority of European hotels provide 2 single beds pushed together to make a Double bed. While all room type preferences are forwarded to the hotel, room allocation is done by the hotel and subject to availability at the time of check in.

Hotel information and facilities
Hotel information: While allstarhotels.com strives to present hotel information as accurately as possible, we are not responsible for the accuracy of this information or for any facilities that may or may not be available at the hotel during your stay or not suited to individual tastes and preferences. Redecoration/ renovations and maintenance are necessary to the upkeep of the hotel and may take place without prior warning, however the hotelier or supplier will endeavour to keep inconvenience to a minimum. The effects of normal wear and tear can be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. allstarhotels.com cannot accept responsibility for any disturbance or inconvenience to the client beyond its control nor for accidents or loss in a hotel caused by hotel management or staff.
We have no control over any extra charges that a hotel may decide to their implement for guest room incidentals such as air conditioning, safe, mini fridge, hire of television remote etc...Any such charges must be paid direct to the hotel and allstarhotels.com cannot be held responsible for any incidental charges passed on by the hotel
The hotel and guest room photographs are provided to give a general overview of the hotel. Guest room photographs may be of a different category to the one you book and not identical to the room you are allocated at the hotel.
All of the hotels on the allstarhotels.com website require one of the guests to be at least 18 years old. In some states of America there are higher age limits. If you have booked a hotel in the Unites States and the travellers are under 25 years of age please contact the hotel directly for clarification.
