Reservation Guide |

| Our reservation process is very simple. |
| Step 1 |

| On the left hand side of our home-page, select your required destination, enter the check-in date, number of night(s), enter the number of rooms and room type and the type of currency you wish to be charged in. You can also search for a specific hotel, by hotel name within a city. Once you have done this, Click on ' Check availability’. |

| A list of hotels will appear on the screen. Any hotel property that states it is ‘Available/Instant Confirmation’ can be booked and processed immediately. Please click on the ‘Book’ button for these properties. For more information about these, click the name of the property or the info link. If a hotel property states that is ‘ On Request’, it means the hotel is not available for instant confirmation. ‘On Request’ hotels can take up to 48 hours (2 days) to be confirmed for availability. ‘On Request’ hotel properties can be requested also using the request booking form. |

After clicking on the ‘Book’ button of your desired hotel property, you will now be on the booking form page and all the rates that you see will include taxes and will be displayed on the left-hand side. Most AllStar Hotels also include breakfast. Unless otherwise noted. All you must do is fill out all the required information on the booking/request page. AllStar Hotels can accept Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club using our online booking form. American Express cards can also be accepted by telephoning our New York office. If you reside in the United States, 2 additional options are available:
1. Clients who reside in the United States may choose to send a check (in US dollars) made payable to ‘AllStar Hotels, LLC’. 2. Another option available to clients residing in the United States is to send their credit card information by FAX. After you have completed all of the required fields click the ‘submit’ button.
Note: Please be advised that if you submit a Diners Club credit card for payment on the online booking form, the transaction may be charged in a different currency to the one in which your booking rates were quoted. If you submit an American Express card by telephoning our New York office, the charge will be in United States Dollars. The cost of your booking (either by Diners Card or American Express) is converted using our bank's exchange rates on the day of the transaction. All-Star Hotels cannot be held responsible for currency exchange rates or bank surcharges whatever the circumstances. |

| After submitting the booking form, you will be directed to the last page, in which you will need to read and agree to our cancellation & amendment policy before clicking on the 'Submit' button. (Note: All information you provide to AllStar Hotels & Resorts is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.) |

Your reservation process has been completed; please double check the details and write down your “Tracking Number”.
If further correspondence is necessary prior to receiving your hotel confirmation email please contact us at reservations@allstarhotels.com and a Customer Care agent will reply back to you with an email within 2 to 24 hours.
